CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to drive events and programming in our master-planned community. You will partner with residents and local businesses to plan memorable experiences and coordinate communications across channels.
This role combines creative programming with strategic community engagement. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in event planning or recreation programming, plus 2 years in communications, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Lifestyle Directors work with residents and community partners to create and facilitate connections through events, programming, and communications.
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
