Arden Courts of Seminole, Florida is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to provide daily activity programs for residents and support the Director with the full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to deliver industry-leading resident programming in a dementia-care setting.

Competenze

Requirements

Clearinghouse Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse--link to site https://info.flclearinghouse.com/

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.

Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
