Job summary

The Auberge in Akron, OH is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant to create and manage daily activity programs for residents, and to assist the Director with a full range of services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure top‑level resident programming delivery.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
