Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a LifeSports Assistant Director for LiFEsports in the College of Social Work. You will independently coordinate, manage, and implement LiFEsports community outreach programs, supervise staff, and build relationships with community partners to sustain and expand sport-based PYD initiatives for underserved youth.

Responsibilities include program operations, staff training, and evaluating impact with the LiFEsports Research team, with evening and weekend hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master's degree in social work, education, psychology, public health, kinesiology, human sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LiFEsports outreach programs and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement youth-focused curricula and trainings.
• Manage partnerships with community funders, partners, and volunteers.
• Recruit and develop LiFEsports interns and field placement students.
