Qualifications

• One year internship (preferred).

• Establishes a plan of care consistent with medical findings and physician orders.
• Evaluates, monitors, and reassesses patients on a timely basis with proper documentation.
• Coordinates patient care and demonstrates clinical competencies.
• Documents treatment procedures per professional standards and payer guidelines.
