Qualifications

• Current license holder with Georgia Board.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Graduate of an approved school for Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum experience: Other.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost-effective and high quality care to patients served.
• Establishes a plan of care consistent with medical findings and physician orders.
• Thoroughly evaluates, monitors, and reassesses all patients on a timely basis with documentation.
• Coordinates all patient care and demonstrates consistent clinical competencies.
• Documents treatment procedures per professional standards and department guidelines.
• Completes discharge planning and collaborates with the team to optimize patient outcomes.
