Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Artist for LifeSpa in Houston to lead and coach the LifeSpa team while overseeing inventory, ordering, scheduling and labor management. You will set the standard for service excellence, train staff, and drive both service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem.

The role emphasizes coaching, recruitment, payroll management, and monthly team meetings, with a focus on creating a positive work environment and high guest satisfaction.

• Manages the hourly and commissioned Team Member payroll.
• Hosts a monthly Team Member Meeting & Weekly 1 to 1 meetings.

Position Summary

The Lead Artist will be the example to all other technicians by providing best in class services in his/her technical domain to LifeSpa Members and Guests. They will hire and coach the LifeSpa team to ensure they are financially successful as well as own operational duties such as inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor management.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent

Years of Experience:

• 5 or more years of technical experience

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Appropriate State/County/City Licenses

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of Salon/Spa Leadership experience
• Hair technician preferred
