The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for an Instructional Design and Digital Learning Specialist, UNLV Online Education (Flexible Work Schedule Eligible).

The role leads design and development of innovative learning experiences serving noncredit, workforce development, and continuing education learners, applying UX and data-informed strategies to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 3-5 years experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative learning experiences for diverse audiences (noncredit, workforce aligned professional development, corporate training, enrichment and continuing education).
• Collaborate with SMEs, faculty and partners to design courses, certificates, microcredentials and learning resources.
• Apply data-informed design strategies to improve learner engagement, workforce relevance and program impact.
• Ensure alignment between project goals, workforce needs, and UNLV’s mission to support learning for life.
