Job summary

This leadership role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, current paramedic licensure, and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Must hold current paramedic licensure, certifications and maintain education requirements as defined within clinical scope of practice to meet requirements of paramedic licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeLine operations at assigned base(s) and ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Staff, coach and recognize team members; manage rounding and staffing needs.
• Maintain clinical credentialing and support clinical operations.
• Promote safety for patients, families, and staff; foster IU Health values.
