Job summary

Outreach Resource Group is seeking Lifeline Enrollment Representatives in Anchorage to support local residents in applying for Lifeline benefits. You will help set up pop-up enrollment sites, meet with applicants, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working across diverse community environments. Flexible scheduling and performance-based earning potential are offered to grow with the team.

Outreach Resource Group is hiring 5 Lifeline Enrollment Representatives in Anchorage!

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help eligible community members apply for the federal Lifeline program, which can reduce the monthly cost of qualifying phone or internet service.

What You'll Do

• Set up and work at pop-up enrollment locations throughout the community
• Meet with potential applicants and assist them with the Lifeline enrollment process
• Provide information and excellent customer service
• Help eligible customers access available Lifeline benefits, including qualifying phone service
