Description
Calling all prospects Ages 15 years old and over! Come work for Concord's Parks and Recreation Department this summer! Lifeguards/WSI's work mid-June to late August, up to 40 hours a week. The city operates six swimming pools around the city and we need to hire almost 40 lifeguards to open all six pools.
Applicants must have a valid American Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certifications to apply for employment.
Applicants who are hired and pass their certification classes, while working 4 or more days a week until the end of the season will be reimbursed the cost of the class.
Includes Holiday Pay Premium when working on Holidays! Red Cross Lifeguarding classes are ongoing and pre-registration is required.

Hourly Wage: $16.50 - $18.55 per hour

Must attend in-service training and staff meetings. Employees must be available to work on weekends between the hours of 10 am and 4:30 p.m. and weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
