The role emphasizes safety-minded service, with requirements including ongoing HS education and StarGuardElite/BLS certifications, plus the ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.

Qualifications

• Requires pursuing HS Diploma or GED.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Strong customer service skills to greet Members.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with Members to ensure a positive experience.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid.
• Monitor safety areas and water slides to prevent incidents.
• Assist with aquatics events such as 'Dive in Movies' and 'Poolapalooza'.
