Job summary

Premier Aquatics is seeking a Lifeguard Manager to lead safety oversight for the aquatic team. You will supervise lifeguard staff, conduct training sessions, enforce facility rules, and support opening and closing procedures with a focus on safety and professionalism.

The role requires 1 year of lifeguard or management experience, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to obtain StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3 days per week with weekend/holiday availability.
• 1 year lifeguard experience or equivalent management experience.
• Obtain and maintain StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification.
• Swimming proficiency and comfortable in depths over 14 feet.

Responsibilities

• Enforce facility safety policies and ensure visitor safety.
• Oversee lifeguard scanning and response effectiveness.
• Assist in daily facility operations as needed by management.
• Fill in as tower guard when required.
• Interact with patrons and ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies and provide backup care as needed.
• Communicate with staff and collaborate with other management teams.
• Manage general facility setup, inventory, and restocking.
• Complete daily reports for operations.
• Build professional relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Resolve conflicts between employees and patrons.
• Conduct in-service training and evaluations.
