Job summary

The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor and supervise our indoor pool, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members and visitors.

Responsibilities include enforcing pool rules, testing water quality, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid or CPR as needed. Requirements: Lifeguard Certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid through the American Red Cross; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• CPR & AED for the Professional Rescuer required.
• Lifeguard Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activity and enforce pool rules to ensure safety.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid.
• Test water quality and report imbalances to supervisor.
• Provide good customer service and assist members with inquiries.
• Open/close the pool and assist with pool area cleanliness.
