Job summary

SwimRVA in Richmond, VA seeks a Part Time Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of swimmers across our vibrant facilities. This onsite role emphasizes teamwork, quick decision-making, and clear communication as you help maintain a clean, welcoming pool environment and assist with event setup.

You must be at least 16 and hold or be willing to obtain an American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification through SwimRVA Safety School.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification required or to be obtained through SwimRVA Safety School.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all swimmers and patrons throughout the facility.
• Assist with general facility operations and event setup/load-out.
