YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is hiring a Lifeguard to watch over swimmers, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. You will help maintain water quality, assist members, and work with Head Lifeguards in a fast-paced aquatics environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Current lifeguard certification (including CPR/AED and First Aid) or ability to obtain through YMCA training.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and enforce pool rules.
• Respond quickly to emergencies with appropriate lifesaving techniques.
• Monitor pool chemical levels and keep the deck clean and safe.
• Assist members with questions and provide excellent service.
