Goldfish Swim School is seeking a vigilant Lifeguard to supervise swimmers, enforce rules, and maintain a safe pool environment. You will be poolside each shift, ready to act with calm decisiveness and a friendly approach to families.

The role emphasizes incident response, first aid, and teamwork to ensure a Goldfish experience for every guest, including evenings and weekends. A Lifeguard certification is required or pursued if not on file.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with swimmers, families, and staff.
• Reliable and punctual, ready for evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond to emergencies.
• Provide first aid or CPR until EMS arrives.
• Enforce facility rules with a welcoming attitude.
• Report incidents accurately and promptly to management.
• Keep pool area tidy, safe, and organized during shifts.
• Help deliver the Goldfish standard and a positive experience.
