Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of lifeguard experience preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Certified Lifeguard Training Certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the water.
• Supervises swimming activities to ensure safety policies are followed.
• Warns swimmers of danger and enforces pool regulations.
• Administers first aid and CPR as needed.
• Evaluates water conditions and initiates safety actions as required.
• Inspects pool facilities and water for safety.
• Keeps a professional appearance and high standard of customer service.
• Reports needed repairs and coordinates with maintenance and engineering.
• Maintains knowledge of pool health and safety standards.
