Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise indoor and outdoor pools at Fort Belvoir. You will enforce safety rules, monitor guests, and respond to emergencies under the Installation Aquatics Program Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting with water testing, training activities, swim lessons, and maintaining a clean pool area with proper documentation of results and incidents.

Qualifications

• Lifeguarding and First Aid certifications required.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED certification required.
• Resumes must clearly demonstrate relevant experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lifeguard for indoor and outdoor pools and supervise pool guests.
• Respond to emergencies with maximum surveillance and provide rescue and first aid as needed.
• Assist in aquatic training and swimming lessons as required.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and report water test results to the pool leader on duty.
