Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Red Cross Lifeguard certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Ability to swim and perform lifesaving activities.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains constant surveillance of members, guests, and visitors of the aquatics facility.
• Provides emergency lifesaving assistance and performs CPR/first aid as needed.
• Maintains pool water quality and cleans pool and deck areas.
• Prepares weekly program reports and attends trainings.
• Ensures accountability and safety of children in activities.
