Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of the pool area.
• Respond to emergencies and complete required reports.
• Follow safety rules and ensure proper swim attire.
• Test pool chemistry and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of deck and equipment; report issues.
• Keep accurate records and arrange substitute lifeguards as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and training; follow timekeeping procedures.
• Uphold staff safety protocols and cleaning standards.
