Job summary

Southwest General Lifeguard role is part-time, supporting supervision of Therapy and Lap Pools, including chemical testing and safety enforcement. The position emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe pool area and responding to incidents in a timely manner.

Qualifications include completed Lifeguard training, First Aid & Safety certification, CPR and BLS, with experience preferred but not required. Free parking is offered as a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Therapy Pool and the Lap Pool.
• Conduct chemical testing of Therapy Pool, Lap Pool, Hot Tubs and Flume.
• Maintain a safe environment for all pool patrons and report incidents.
• General cleaning of the pool area.
