Job summary

This role requires current Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications, strong communication, and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies. Flexible scheduling and full- or part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification (or required Pool Monitor certification).
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members with a welcoming, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Monitor the aquatic area to ensure a safe environment for all members and guests.
• Enforce pool rules and facility policies consistently and professionally.
• Test and record pool chemistry according to company procedures.
• Report pool chemistry concerns, equipment issues, and maintenance needs promptly to the Aquatics Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe aquatic environment.
• Participate in department and club meetings, and communicate effectively with the Aquatics Manager and team.
