Job summary

YMCA of Greater Waukesha County seeks a part-time Lifeguard at Southwest YMCA in Greenfield, WI. You will maintain safe swimming conditions, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies to help keep members safe and engaged.

Must pass an advanced swimming and rescue skills test; Lifeguard CPR/First Aid/AED certifications are required. You must be at least 15 years old and able to lift 50 lbs. A team-focused environment with safety as a priority awaits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool and surrounding areas.

• Provide excellent member service and communicate effectively with members.
• Complete incident reports as necessary.
• Assist with pool area maintenance and setup of equipment.
