Job summary

YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is hiring a lifeguard responsible for the safety of all patrons in and around the pool area. The role requires active supervision, rule enforcement, and incident reporting to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Open to candidates 16 years of age and older, with lifeguard certification. The YMCA provides training and values-based service as part of a supportive team atmosphere.
