Job summary

Premier Aquatics Services LLC. is seeking a Lifeguard Manager to lead safety and daily operations at our California facilities.

You will mentor lifeguards, run audits, supervise front-line staff, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures while upholding high standards of customer service. This part-time, hourly role requires a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification, 1 year of lifeguard or management experience, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3 days per week with weekend/holiday availability.
• 1 year lifeguard or equivalent management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification.
• Swimming proficiency and comfort in depths over 8 feet.
• Preferred: 2+ years lifeguard/management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and enforce facility policies.
• Mentor lifeguards; conduct audits and trainings.
• Supervise lifeguard and customer service staff.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures run smoothly.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
