Qualifications

• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce facility policies to ensure visitor safety.
• Supervise lifeguards and customer service staff, and mentor staff daily.
• Conduct training sessions and evaluations.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures run smoothly.
• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary care.
• Complete daily reports and maintain professional relationships with staff and patrons.
• Support operations at multiple locations as needed.
