Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a lifeguard for our resort in Guam. You will oversee pool and beach safety, enforce regulations, and respond quickly to emergencies while ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean, organized recreation area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hotel/resort setting.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification current and recognized.
• CPR and First Aid knowledge up to date.
• Strong swimming ability and endurance.
• Fluent English; multilingual preferred.
• Able to work in a team and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to promote recreation activities and facilities.
• Oversee pool/beach safety and enforce regulations.
• Respond quickly to aquatic emergencies and provide first aid.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned recreation areas.
• Assist with other duties as required.
