Primary duties include:

• Maintaining safety and security of the pool and its patrons at all times
• Explaining and enforcing rules in a courteous, professional, and firm manner
• Knowing and reviewing all emergency procedures and responding immediately to emergency situations
• Maintaining effective, positive relationships with members, participants, and staff
• Performing chemical testing as required
• Participating in emergency drills and in-service training as per staff level
