Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of aquatic program experience.
• Lifeguard Instructor certification with CPR and First Aid required.
• Water Safety Instructor and pool operator or Swimming Instructor certifications preferred.
• Valid motor vehicle operator license.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public and assist with aquatics program inquiries and registrations.
• Supervise pool classes and activities; assist in program setup for events.
• Receive fees and manage cash drawer for memberships and facility use.
• Monitor and maintain pool safety rules and water chemistry.
• Coordinate communications and distribute aquatics program materials.
• Assist in maintenance of aquatics facilities and equipment.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, mail, or in person.
