YMCA of Delaware Dover location is seeking an Aquatic Specialist to oversee frontline aquatic operations, teach swim lessons, coach swim teams, and lead safety trainings. You will support the Aquatic Operations Director with staffing, schedules, and data management while maintaining a safe pool environment.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within the YMCA network.

Formación

• Minimum Qualifications include High School Diploma/GED.
• Must obtain Ellis & Associates ILTP Lifeguard Certification and be able to hold necessary certifications for teaching swim lessons or coaching swim team.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.

Responsabilidades

• Lifeguard duties and supervision of aquatic activities.
• Lead swim lessons (group or private) and coach swim team.
• Assist with staff onboarding, schedules, and data management in the aquatic department.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of pool facilities and compliance with standards.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
