The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Pool Attendant to protect guest safety and maintain a welcoming pool environment. You will enforce pool policies, respond to emergencies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the pool area.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, performing basic first aid and CPR when needed, and coordinating with management to address hazards. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of similar experience required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, AED and Lifeguard certified.
• Must be able to swim, pull or drag through the water individuals of all sizes and to perform job functions in all weather conditions.
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with pool guests.

• Greet all guests entering and leaving the pool area.
• Constant walk through of pool area to ensure it is clean and organized.
• Set up and break down the pool deck for events or during a state of emergency.
• Inspect entire pool and beach area, notifying management of any issues that need to be corrected.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Job Description

Incumbent is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the swimming pool in the Recreation Department.
