Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in the United States seeks a pool attendant to help ensure guest safety and maintain a welcoming pool area. You will monitor water and deck activity, respond to emergencies, and assist guests with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities include keeping the pool deck clean, arranging chairs, collecting towels, and staying informed about pool operations, hours, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have Lifesaving/Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Previous experience in pool operations preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including chairs, towels, trash, and signs.
• Display knowledge of pool facility (depth, hours, bars, emergency procedures).
• Interact with guests while upholding company customer service standards.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

• Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, boxing towels, and cleaning signs
• Display knowledge of pool facility such as depth of all pool, Pool Store hours of operation, location of bars, and emergency procedure for rescue
• Interact with guests while adhering to company customer service standards
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
