Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining safety and security of the pool and its patrons at all times.
2. Explaining and enforcing rules in a courteous, professional, and firm manner.
3. Knowing and reviewing all emergency procedures and responding promptly to emergency situations.
4. Maintaining effective, positive relationships with members, participants, and staff.
5. Performing chemical testing as required.
6. Participating in emergency drills and in-service training as per staff level.
