Job summary

SafeSplashSwimLabs is seeking a lifeguard to monitor the pool area, respond to emergencies, and keep the facility clean and safe for all patrons.

You must hold Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications for adults, infants and swimmers; prior swim-instruction experience is required; you must complete ARC prerequisites. Flexible scheduling and other benefits are offered to help grow your career in the swimming industry.

Qualifications

• Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification and Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmer.
• Previous swim instruction experience is required.
• Must be able to complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool area; act immediately to ensure safety in emergencies.
• Provide emergency care and treatment until EMS arrival.
• Perform duties to maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Ensure pool area is supervised in accordance with American Red Cross standards.
