Job summary

SafeSplash Brands, LLC is hiring a Lifeguard to monitor pool patrons, prevent incidents, and respond quickly to emergencies, keeping an all-day safe environment.

You must hold Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications and meet American Red Cross prerequisites, with the ability to perform the physical duties required, including standing long hours and lifting up to 75 pounds. Training, advancement opportunities, and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards.
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of lifeguarding, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance of patrons in the pool area; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of customers in the event of an emergency.
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of EMS.
• Perform various duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Make sure the pool area is always properly supervised and attended in accordance to American Red Cross standards.
