Swan Aquatics LLC is seeking a Lifeguard Coordinator for the Kirtland AFB Aquatic Center to oversee lifeguard operations, safety protocols, and staff performance. The role requires scheduling shifts, conducting drills, and ensuring adherence to regulations while maintaining a positive, safety-focused environment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30-8:30 AM, 10:30-1:30 PM, and 3:30-6:30 PM with no weekends or federal holidays.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification from American Red Cross, StarGuard ELITE, or Ellis & Associates (ARC/StarGuard/EL).
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid.
• Swim test: 300-yard swim, 2-minute tread, and a 10-lb brick retrieval from 7 ft in under 1:40.
• Must pass a background check for base access.
• 18+ years old minimum.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage the lifeguard team to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct regular in-service training and audits for lifeguards.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor pool and facility conditions and address any safety concerns promptly.
