TriHealth Findlay Recreation Center seeks a Lifeguard to monitor pool activity, enforce safety, and assist swimmers. You will respond to emergencies, provide instruction, and help create a welcoming environment for members of all ages.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification current or equivalent accepted.
• First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required.
• Excellent swimming skills including 300m with basic strokes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activity and enforce safe practices.
• Provide rescues and assist participants as needed.
• Maintain a clean pool environment and assist with programs.
• Mentor and support team members and guests.
