This is a temporary, 'as needed' position responsible for monitoring the safety and well-being of guests as they swim at the beach during summer camp.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of the selection process for lifeguards with the City of Tybee Island, including certification as a lifeguard.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies

Ocean front lifeguarding practices as established by the City of Tybee Island.

Physical Demands

Must meet the physical requirements to perform lifeguarding duties.
