Job summary

Aqua Tech Pool Management is seeking Lifeguards to ensure safety and supervision at our facilities in Charlotte. You will monitor pools, respond to emergencies, balance chemicals, enforce rules, document incidents, and keep restrooms clean, while providing courteous service to guests.

The role requires current Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications, and applicants must be at least 15 years old. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
