Job summary

AAAPool Services is seeking a vigilant lifeguard to ensure patron safety by preventing and responding to emergencies, while enforcing pool rules and regulations.

You will maintain surveillance, provide first aid and CPR as needed, sign in patrons, enforce entry policies, and help keep pool areas clean. The role requires current CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard certifications and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications from ARC or equivalent.
• Ability to react calmly and professionally in emergencies.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to perform lifeguard duties and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons and act immediately to ensure safety.
• Administer first aid/CPR and monitor emergencies until EMS arrives.
• Enforce pool rules and entrance policies.
• Sign in patrons and control pool access.
• Clean pool, deck, restrooms, guard areas and related facilities.
• Attend trainings and maintain a professional appearance.
• Support supervisors with additional duties as needed.
