The St. James in Springfield, VA is hiring 25–30 lifeguards for the fall-winter season (Sept 2, 2026 – Jan 14, 2027). Starting pay is $16.25/hour with performance bonuses available.

Join a professional rescue team that trains alongside EMTs and Safety Officers across indoor pools, water park, contracted waterfronts, open water events. You must be at least 17, have strong swimming ability, and customer service or team experience.
