Job summary

YMCA of Greater Toledo is hiring a Part Time Lifeguard for Fort Meigs YMCA in Perrysburg, OH. You’ll supervise the pool, ensure swimmer safety, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Earn $11.50–$12.70 per hour and work Early Bird (5am–9am) or Evening (5pm–9pm) shifts.

Training is provided. YMCA membership and Paid Time Off are available benefits. Join a community-focused aquatics team dedicated to safety and service.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard Certification required.
• CPR for Professional Rescue or Healthcare Provider.
• First Aid training required.
• AED operation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool to prevent accidents and ensure safe swimmer behavior.
• Enforce pool rules and supervise all aquatic activities.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide rescue or first aid as needed.
