The YMCA of Greater Toledo is seeking a Part-Time Lifeguard at the Francis Family YMCA to help keep swimmers safe and enjoying the water. This onsite role emphasizes vigilance, rescue skills and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Lifeguarding Certification required.
• Adult/Child/Infant CPR (Professional Rescue or Healthcare Provider).

• Minimum age 15; ability to swim 250 yards with multiple strokes.

Responsibilities

• Guard the pool, ensure swimmers are safe and follow rules.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and perform rescues as needed.
• Maintain pool area safety and report hazards to supervisors.
• Assist members with pool rules and provide friendly service.
