• Strong communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certifications maintained

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure member/guest safety
• Reacting swiftly and appropriately to any potential emergencies or incidents
• Enforcing pool rules and club policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Conducting regular inspections of the pool, equipment, and surrounding areas for hazards or maintenance issues
• Assisting with pool area setup, cleanup, and organizing equipment
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns professionally
• Administering first aid and CPR when necessary and in accordance with certifications
• Collaborating with fellow lifeguards and club staff to coordinate safety procedures and pool activities
