Job summary

Carolina Harbor at Carowinds is looking for lifeguards to ensure guest safety across shallow pools, kid areas, and wave pools. Earn $15 per hour, with free lifeguard training and certifications provided, and paid to complete them.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, communicating safety guidelines, and enforcing park rules while contributing to a fun, secure environment. Applicants must be 16+ and ready to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Complete Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program with First Aid and CPR.
• Ability to greet guests, enforce rules and ensure guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests and co-workers.
• Monitor and enforce waterpark and lifeguard rules.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete all necessary training programs.
