Job summary

Carolina Harbor at Carowinds is hiring lifeguards for shallow water areas, kids zones, and wavepool/deep water sections. Training is provided and paid, and you will help ensure guest safety while delivering a fun experience.

Positions are open to ages 16 and older. The job includes free park admission perks and the chance to work with a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Complete training to Ellis & Associates Lifeguard standards, including first aid, CPR, water skills, and spinal injury management.
• Ability to greet guests and communicate safety regulations.
• Willingness to attend and complete all required training programs.
