Job summary

Carowinds is hiring lifeguards for Carolina Harbor, offering paid training and certification opportunities. You will supervise shallow water areas, kids zones, wave pools, and slides to ensure guest safety. Training programs are provided for free, and you’ll get paid while you learn.

Positions welcome applicants 16 or older. The role includes greeting guests, enforcing rules, and maintaining high safety standards while contributing to a fun, family-friendly environment at Carowinds.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification and safety training required.
• CPR and first aid training are essential for the role.
• Proficiency in water safety skills and rescue techniques.
