Job summary

Asbury is hiring for a pool lifeguard position. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays 12:00pm-4:00pm with some weekday availability; pay is $15.25/hour. The role focuses on guarding, lifesaving, and pool area maintenance to ensure a safe environment for members and staff.

Required certifications include Lifeguard and CPR, with First Aid training required or available within 30 days of hire. Asbury offers generous benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage; 401K with match; PTO and paid

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• First Aid training required or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Guards and maintains a safe environment in the pool area and locker rooms.
• Performs lifesaving, CPR, or first aid skills when needed and maintains current certifications.
• Performs daily chemical checks, cleaning and maintenance of pool area as scheduled. ( including putting away equipment and checking laundry in the fitness room)
• Maintains required pool records.
• Assists any pool members requiring any help entering or exiting the pool/spa.

  • Available weekdays 1:30-4:30 as needed (afternoons)
• Pay: $15.25/hour
