BASIC FUNCTION: The Life Guard is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our guests. Must ensure that all rules and regulations are being adhered to at the pool while ensuring that our guests are abiding by them. Must be an excellent swimmer.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• CPR/AED Certified
• Ability to think clearly in an active work environment
• Ability to enforce safety standards
• Ability to uphold hotel policies regarding food and drink in the pool are
• Must stay focused on all guests at all time
• Must socialize with the guests
